This is the full run of past Naruto riddles from Riddle Mode. Each entry shows the one-line clue, the character it described, and a short breakdown of what every reference pointed to. Today's riddle is never listed here — it stays on the game page until it rolls over at midnight UTC.

Ginkaku, the younger of the Gold and Silver Brothers of the Hidden Cloud, survived inside the Nine-Tails by eating its flesh. He wielded the Sage of Six Paths' treasured tools.

Rock Lee cannot use ninjutsu or genjutsu, so he became a pure taijutsu fighter under Might Guy, training to open the dangerous Eight Inner Gates.

Konohamaru Sarutobi, grandson of the Third Hokage, idolized Naruto as both rival and teacher, eventually learning the Rasengan.

Motoi is a Hidden Cloud shinobi who tends the Island Turtle where jinchūriki train. He long resented Killer B over his father's death by the Eight-Tails, but the two reconciled.

Omoi is a Hidden Cloud shinobi known for overthinking every scenario and for the lollipop he constantly sucks. He trained under Killer B.

Mū, the Second Tsuchikage, could fully hide his presence and wielded Dust Release. He was the teacher of Ōnoki.

Mabui is the secretary of the Fourth Raikage. Her Heavenly Transfer Technique can teleport people and objects across great distances.

Genma Shiranui is a Konoha tokubetsu jōnin known for the senbon he keeps in his mouth. He served as a bodyguard to the Hokage.

Konan, the Angel of the Hidden Rain, can turn her body into sheets of paper. She was the lifelong companion of fellow war orphans Nagato and Yahiko.

Asuma Sarutobi, son of the Third Hokage, was a chain-smoking jōnin who fought with wind-infused chakra blades. He led Team 10 — Shikamaru, Chōji, and Ino.

Chōmei, the Seven-Tailed horned beetle, can fly. It was sealed inside Fū of the Hidden Waterfall.

Kisame Hoshigaki, a shark-like rogue from the Hidden Mist and one of its Seven Swordsmen, carries the sentient blade Samehada, which drains chakra. His Akatsuki partner is Itachi Uchiha.

Elder Chiyo of the Hidden Sand was a master puppeteer and the grandmother of Sasori. She sacrificed her life to revive Gaara after the Akatsuki extracted his tailed beast.

“I founded a hidden division of root operatives, my right arm holds a row of stolen Sharingan, and I would do any dark thing in the village's name.”
Danzō Shimura founded Root, Konoha's covert black-ops division. His right arm was implanted with stolen Sharingan. He pursued a ruthless idea of protecting the village and briefly stood as a candidate for Hokage.

“I can sense a person's chakra from far away, and I heal my allies by letting them bite me.”
Karin is a sensor of Uzumaki blood who detects chakra at great range. Her bite restores the chakra and wounds of whoever takes it. She served Orochimaru, then joined Sasuke's team, Taka.

“I was the orphan who founded a group to bring peace to a war-torn land, and after I died my body became the face the world feared as a god.”
Yahiko was a war orphan from the Hidden Rain who founded the original Akatsuki with Nagato and Konan. After his death, Nagato used his corpse as the Deva Path — the public face of 'Pain'.

Iruka Umino is the Academy teacher who became the first person to truly acknowledge Naruto, often treating him to ramen at Ichiraku.

“A blade as broad as a door rides on my back, the mist is my cover, and a graduation drowned in blood earned me my nickname.”
Zabuza Momochi, the Demon of the Hidden Mist, carries the massive Kubikiribocho and is one of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen. He earned his infamy by slaughtering his graduating class. His companion is Haku.

“A seven-tailed beetle lives in me, I keep my spirits bright though my own village kept me at arm's length, and I came from the waterfall.”
Fū was the cheerful jinchūriki of Chōmei, the Seven-Tails, from the Hidden Waterfall. Isolated by her own people like many hosts, she was later killed by the Akatsuki.

Rasa, the Fourth Kazekage, sealed Shukaku into his infant son Gaara. He ruled the Hidden Sand and was the father of the three Sand Siblings.

Hinata Hyuga, heiress of the Hyuga clan, has the all-seeing Byakugan. Long timid, she confessed her love for Naruto and shielded him during Pain's assault on the village.

Karui is a hot-tempered Hidden Cloud kunoichi who trained under Killer B. She famously interrogated Naruto roughly while searching for the captured B.

Hamura Ōtsutsuki, twin brother of Hagoromo, was the progenitor of the Byakugan and the Hyūga clan. He took up watch over the moon.

Tayuya, the only female of the Sound Four, controlled enemies with genjutsu played on her flute and summoned three giant Doki creatures.

Sakumo Hatake, the 'White Fang of the Leaf', was a celebrated shinobi who abandoned a mission to save his teammates. The disgrace that followed led him to take his own life. His son is Kakashi.

Shizune is a medical ninja, the apprentice and right hand of Tsunade. She is rarely seen without her pet pig, Tonton.

Zaku Abumi was a Sound genin in the Chūnin Exams who fired cutting blasts of air through tubes implanted in his arms.

Gengetsu Hōzuki, the Second Mizukage, used a giant clam summon to create flawless, lethal illusions.

Sakon and Ukon are twin brothers who share a single body, members of Orochimaru's Sound Four. Ukon can merge into an enemy's body and destroy it from within.
