About Isobu
Isobu is a figure outside the Hidden Village system. His combat style draws on Ninjutsu. Primary chakra affinity: Water. Known as a Tailed Beast in their own right. First appears during the Hidan & Kakuzu arc. Survives to the end of Naruto: Shippūden.
