Rasa — Fourth Kazekage — is a shinobi of Sunagakure. His combat style draws on Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. Chakra affinities span Wind and Earth. He wields Magnet Release. Known as reanimated via Edo Tensei during the Fourth Shinobi World War. First appears during the Chūnin Exams arc. Deceased by the end of Naruto: Shippūden.
