   In the Fourth Shinobi World War, A is named supreme commander of the Allied Shinobi Forces — the hot-headed leader of one village now leading an alliance of them all.

A fought with the simplest tools in the shinobi world — strength and speed — and refined them until almost no one could survive the combination. His Lightning Release Armor turned his own electricity into both a weapon and a shield, and the lightning chakra running through him sped his reflexes to a level the series reserved for its very fastest. Even one-armed, he never stopped being one of its most dangerous fighters.

  Yes. After Sasuke Uchiha attacked Killer B, A stormed the Five Kage Summit and clashed with Sasuke directly. The fight, and Sasuke's Amaterasu, ultimately cost A his left arm.
