C is a Jōnin shinobi of Kumogakure. His combat style draws on Ninjutsu, Medical Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu. Chakra affinities span Lightning and Yang. Known as a sensor-type and a trained medical ninja. First appears during the Five Kage Summit arc. Survives to the end of Naruto: Shippūden.
