   The genjutsu is finally broken near the close of his life. Yagura dies not long after, freed at last, and Mei Terumī rises to lead the Mist out of the shadow he was blamed for.

   Even death does not leave him be. Kabuto reincarnates Yagura for the Fourth Shinobi World War and turns him against the Allied Forces — a body controlled all over again.

Around that sits a strong command of Water-nature techniques, a coral attack that pins an opponent in place, and the hooked staff he never sets down.
