Hiramekarei
Chōjūrō's dual-handled sword — it stores chakra, and, released, shapes that chakra into weapons at need.
チョウジュウロウ · 长十郎
Also known as Chojuro, Sixth Mizukage
Chōjūrō is a swordsman of Kirigakure, one of the last generation of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. Meek to the point of doubting himself, he carried the chakra-shaping sword Hiramekarei, guarded the Fifth Mizukage at the Kage Summit — and grew, step by step, into the shinobi who would take her hat.
Chōjūrō was a swordsman of Kirigakure, the Hidden Mist — of the new generation that took up the village's famous blades.
Despite a shy, self-doubting nature, he earned a place among the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, the village's elite blade corps.
He carried the Hiramekarei — a dual-handled sword, linked at the grips by a chain, that would become as much a part of him as his own caution.
Chōjūrō comes up in Kirigakure meek and unsure — a young shinobi quick to doubt his own ability, however much skill he is plainly carrying.
For all his timidity, Chōjūrō earns what few do — a place among the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, the elite who carry the village's famous swords.
Chōjūrō masters the Hiramekarei, a dual-handled blade that stores chakra. Even among the Seven Swordsmen, his skill with it marks him a master.
Chōjūrō is chosen as a bodyguard of the Fifth Mizukage, Mei, at the Five Kage Summit — the meek young swordsman trusted to stand at a Kage's side.
Chōjūrō fights through the Fourth Shinobi World War. He never quite stops being timid — but battle by battle, his confidence in himself grows real.
By the close of the story, Chōjūrō stands on the path to succeed Mei — the unsure boy set, in time, to take up the hat as the Sixth Mizukage.
Chōjūrō fights with a sword that turns chakra into shape. The Hiramekarei stores chakra inside it; released from its bandages, that chakra can be formed into an enormous hammer, a field-clearing longsword, and more. Around it sit the Water and Lightning natures woven through his kenjutsu — and a skill with the blade that the Seven Swordsmen themselves rank among their best.

Five Kage Summit
Chōjūrō's Seven Swordsmen attribute is a rare signal that narrows the board, and his Kirigakure village is uncommon. His Jōnin rank trims a little, his jutsu types are kenjutsu-led, and his Nature Types column pairs Water with Lightning. He has no clan and no Kekkei Genkai. He debuts in the Five Kage Summit arc, late in the series, so the Debut Arc arrow points up toward him.
