   Hoping to clear an obstacle before the finals, Dosu ambushes Gaara one night — a rare miscalculation. Gaara kills him almost instantly, and the smartest of the Sound genin is gone.

Dosu fights the senses rather than the body. His Melody Arm amplifies sound into a weapon that ruins a target's balance from the inside, no heavy blow required. A single Water nature and a calculating, patient mind round out a fighter who would rather outthink an opponent than overpower one.
