Butterfly Wings
Fū unfolds Chōmei's power into a pair of butterfly wings, taking the fight into the air at a speed few could follow.
フウ · 富
Also known as Fu, Seven-Tails Jinchūriki
Fū is a kunoichi of Takigakure and the jinchūriki of the Seven-Tails, Chōmei. Cheerful and carefree where most jinchūriki are isolated, she shared her tailed beast's bright temperament — and, tired of a life kept apart, went looking for the one thing the burden had cost her: friends.
Fū was a kunoichi of Takigakure, the Hidden Waterfall — and the jinchūriki of the Seven-Tails, Chōmei.
A jinchūriki's life is a secluded one. Fū was kept apart from those around her, and the loneliness of that was the quiet weight beneath everything else.
What she carried over it, though, was a bright, happy-go-lucky nature — the same easy cheerfulness as the beast sealed inside her. Beast and host were, in temper, well matched.
Fū is made the host of the Seven-Tails, and given the life a jinchūriki is given — a secluded one, set apart from the people of her village.
For all that isolation, Fū carries a carefree, happy-go-lucky nature — a brightness that matches Chōmei's own, and that she keeps in spite of being alone.
Tired of living apart, Fū does the simplest, bravest thing — she signs up for the joint Chūnin Exams in Konoha and Suna, hoping only to meet people and make friends.
Fū fights drawing on Chōmei's power — unfolding butterfly wings for aerial combat, blinding foes with scale powder, quick enough to specialise in the surprise attack.
On her way home to Takigakure, Fū is caught by the Akatsuki's Kakuzu and Hidan. They extract the Seven-Tails from her, and her short life ends with it.
The Fourth Shinobi World War ends with the tailed beasts freed and the jinchūriki, living and dead, drawn together — the camaraderie Fū had searched for, found at last among her own kind.
Fū fought fast, and fought from above. Drawing on Chōmei's insect power, she could unfold a pair of butterfly wings and take the fight into the air, where her speed left opponents little chance to track her. She released a scale powder to strip an enemy of their vision, specialised in the surprise attack, and carried a sensor's awareness of the chakra around her.

Fū's Genin rank is the standout signal — almost no other character in the answer pool holds it, since most are jōnin, Kage, or rogue. Her Takigakure village is rare and narrows the answer hard, her Attributes column pairs Jinchūriki with Sensor, and her Nature Types column holds only Earth. She has no clan and no Kekkei Genkai. She debuts in the Kazekage Rescue era, mid-series, so the Debut Arc arrow can point either way.

Everyone says a jinchūriki has to be alone. I signed up for the Chūnin Exams to find out whether everyone was wrong.
Chōmei laughs the same way I do. Stuck in the same seal, the two of us — at least the company is good.
Catch me if you can. Up here, on these wings, is the one place no one has ever managed to keep up.
